Coffees of Africa
Africa produces the finest arabica coffees, but even among coffee devotees - at least in America - they remain relatively unknown and undrunk. That's too bad. Coffees of Africa deserve to be extolled for the romance attached to them, if nothing else; happily, they also taste pretty good as well.

Coffee was discovered in Ethiopia, Africa. The first big coffee craze, though, occurred in Arabia, where by the 13th century Muslims were brewing and drinking huge quantities of it. Travellers from Arabia took the beans with them wherever they went. The beans were deliberately made infertile, allegedly, by parching or boiling. because of this strict export policy, it is claimed that no seed sprouted outside Africa or Arabia until the 17th century.

Experience 100% Arabica
The percentage of Arabica in your coffee is the most important. Simply speaking, it's taste is superior. For 100% Arabica, look for the "DIAKO" label.

Is Your Coffee The Freshest ?
Freshness is as important as the quality of the beans. The best tasting coffee is the FRESHEST ROASTED. It takes days to distribute roasted coffee to the stores and who knows how long the coffee has been on the shelf. A factor which affects whether or not you are drinking the freshest coffee. We roast and ship our coffee straight to you the next day.

So Fresh
We package our coffee beans within 5 minutes of roastng in heat sealed, air tight bags with a one-way de-gassing valve to optimize freshness.

Dark Roasts
Dark roasting coffee drastically changes its internal make-up. Both the caffeine and acidity levels drop significantly, while the taste and body increases.

French Roast: Dark roast, packing a powerful taste for those who have been searching for that classic rich bittersweet flavor.

Smoky Mountain Roast: A unique roast using the beans own oils and smoke to enhance an already great dark flavor giving it a full, smoky and nutty taste,
